Gourmet Hobart & Huon Valley Tour

Join your local guide on this private tour of Hobart and the Huon Valley. Experience Hobart’s Historic Waterfront, Old Hobart and Battery Point. Continue on to the picturesque Huon Valley and be treated enroute to a true Tasmanian gourmet experience. Have a sumptuous bakery morning tea at a local hotel where Prince Phillip once stopped for a beer. Sample Tasmanian wine at a local winery. Enjoy lunch at a quirky award-winning café. Bruny Island Adventure

A multi-award winning wilderness cruise exploring Bruny Island’s rugged coastline. Your informative, enthusiastic and entertaining guide will take you on a full day tour from Hobart.
Enjoy a morning tea break at the idyllic beachfront café in Adventure Bay before departing on your three hour cruise. See some of Australia’s highest sea cliffs, enter deep sea caves and join in the search for wildlife such as seals, dolphins and birds of prey. Returning to Adventure Bay, have a delicious fresh lunch with time to relax on the beach before returning to Hobart. A Day in the Wilderness

An unforgettable full day tour exploring the remote wilderness of Bathurst Harbour and Port Davey. Get a bird’s eye view of the Derwent River, the D'Entrecasteaux Channel, Recherche Bay and South East Cape. Fly to one of the world’s last untouched frontiers and explore this incredible World Heritage-Listed National Park. Land at Melaleuca, home to the rare Orange-Bellied Parrot. Travel to Bathurst Harbour marine reserve by boat. Enjoy lunch on a secluded beach and view the untouched Celery Tops Islands. Historic Hobart Walking Tour

Enjoy an evening guided walk through Historic Hobart. Learn about Hobart’s fascinating history and discover heritage-listed buildings that make up much of Hobart’s charm as you explore the historic district. Amble down winding streets and admire the colonial architecture and historical ambiance that make it one of the most fascinating historic precincts in Australia. Includes guided walking tour.

Peppermint Bay Cruise

Experience the real Tasmania onboard your luxury catamaran. View the River Derwent and the d’Entrecasteaux Channel from the warmth of your luxurious vessel. Arrive in the near-pristine waters of Peppermint Bay. Tasmania is world-renowned for its wildlife and you will have a unique opportunity to see it up-close. The River Derwent and d’Entrecasteaux Channel teems with aquatic life, and it is not uncommon to spot a pod of dolphins, a seal or even whales on your cruise down to Peppermint Bay where the chef's will have your three course banquet style lunch ready. Explore Peppermint Bay before returning to Hobart. Includes cruise and lunch.

Cascade Brewery Tour

It’s been called a must-do Hobart experience. The Cascade Brewery sits in the foothills of Mount Wellington. Here you'll learn about Australia's oldest continuously operating brewery, its finest beers, the brewing process and a little something our brewers call 'The Feel'. See all aspects of the beer-making process, from malting and brewing to packaging, intertwined with some of the brewers' stories. Admire the brewery’s castle-like façade from the three hectares of beautiful 'Woodstock' gardens, before topping it off with a real taste of history – a fresh one directly from the taps. Includes guided tour and tasting.

Cataract Gorge Mini Cruise

Explore the Old Launceston Seaport before cruising to Kings Wharf passing historic vessels and Launceston's delightful riverfront precinct. The highlight of the experience is cruising into the spectacular Cataract Gorge in upmost serenity with Lady Launceston's unique and silent electric drive. Relax on modern lounge seating and view the sheer cliffs and cascades from your comfortable seat. Enjoy unobstructed views from your 1890's style vessel, with its sweeping traditional lines, as you listen to the skippers captivating commentary on the history of this fascinating area. Tamar River Afternoon Discovery Cruise

Cruise into the magical Cataract Gorge and through Launceston's riverfront precinct on your catamaran. Head north past Tamar Island and cruise past charming riverfront communities, vineyards and farms to the historical Rosevears and Windermere districts exploring the history of the St Mathias Church and Rosevears Tavern. The fascinating collection of history, fauna and people at work, rest and play makes an absorbing narrative which will touch, intrigue and inspire.
