1.The Prize includes a deluxe Evergreen Cruises & Tours 14 Day Japan Encompassed Tour (EJTO) for 1 person (single room.) The total prize value is up to $11,795.
2.The Prize is valid only on the 22 March, 2020 departure of the Japan Encompassed 14 Day Tour.
3.The Prize is strictly non-transferable and non-negotiable, and may not be replaced or refunded.
4.The Prize Voucher consists of a fully escorted holiday for one person with 14 days Japan Touring Experience, premium sightseeing and 20 meals. Please consult the brochure or visit www.evergreentours.com.au for full details of the itinerary and the inclusions.
5.Flights are not included and are the Prize Winners responsibility.
6.Evergreen Cruises & Tours will not be responsible for any additional or incurred costs while winner is travelling.
7.Any Earlybird Offers or Special Promotions advertised in the Evergreen Cruises & Tours 2020 Japan Deluxe Touring brochure are not applicable in conjunction with this Prize Voucher.
8.The Prize cannot be used towards travel insurance, items of personal natures, meals (other than featured in the itinerary), laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or upgrades.
9.The Prize can be used towards new bookings only.

11.If applicable, a valid passport is required for all international journeys with at least 6 months validity from the date of return.
