Travel Period Extension & Voucher Transfers  

We understand you may not be ready to re-book yet, so to allow you more time to use your FTC to re-book and travel in either 2023 or 2024, the travel period has automatically been extended for travel to 31 December 2024. The funds in credit can also be transferred to a family member or friend. 

Re-book with Flexibility^#

The following flexible booking conditions are included when you re-book a 2023 or 2024 departure using your Future Travel Credit:

Defer travel:  You can defer your travel up to 90 days prior to departure by moving to an alternate cruise or land journey OR place your funds into a new FTC valid for 24 months without any Scenic Group fees (Third-party fees may be applicable, e.g. airline cancellation fees).  
Cancel travel: If you need to cancel and do not wish to re-book with Scenic Group you can apply for a refund as per the original terms of your FTC less any third-party fees# (e.g. airline cancellation fees)

# Booking Cancellation Terms and Conditions: 

Please review the information below, which can also be found within your booking terms and conditions, when uploaded to Trip Personaliser upon full brochure release:  

4.8 If You cancel Your Tour for any reason prior to 90 days of Your Departure Date (including by changing Your Tour Departure Date or the name of a Guest), You will be liable to a cancellation charge of 100% of the Tour Price held as a Future Travel Credit, regardless of when you notify us. If the Future Travel Credit is not utilised within 24 months of the date of cancellation, the full amount will be forfeited. You may also be liable to pay cancellation fees to airlines and other third parties.  

4.9 If you choose to amend your booking and are yet to decide on a new travel date, your funds will be held as a new Future Travel Credit for 24 months. Alternately, if you need to cancel for any reason, the standard terms and conditions will apply.
