Emerald Harmony – our first ever Star-Ship to cruise the Mekong River, welcomed her first guests on board on 31 August 2019. We are proud to introduce the newest generation of contemporary luxury to the Mekong River.
Emerald Harmony, our first custom built Star-Ship outside of Europe, is specially designed to cruise right into Ho Chi Minh City, offering river access into the heart of this cosmopolitan city – an experience unique to Evergreen. Catering to just 84 guests, the chic Emerald Harmony fuses contemporary design with Asian-inspired luxury and unparalleled attention to detail throughout. Boasting just 42 Staterooms and Suites, Emerald Harmony offers four lead-in Emerald Staterooms, 32 Emerald Balcony Suites, four Grand Balcony Suites and two Owner’s Suites, each with a wrap-around terrace featuring a hot tub.

The Reflections Restaurant features open seating, perfect for relaxed dining with a variety of Asian-inspired dishes featuring the freshest local ingredients, as well as a selection of home favourites, on the menu.
The Lotus Lounge in the ship’s bow is the perfect spot for a delicious snack or a sip of your favourite drink as you watch the mesmerising Mekong horizons unfold. All the suites and staterooms are designed as chic modern sanctuaries, fusing authentic Asian style with contemporary design.
With all the amenities you’d expect from a world-class boutique hotel, our suites provide luxurious sleeping areas, as well as an ensuite bathroom, luxury amenities and bathrobes. Most suites feature an indoor balcony with an innovative drop-down glass window, instantly transforming the space at the press of a button.
The spa and wellness area features well equipped gym and treatment rooms for a soothing massage or facial with our experts on hand to make you feel great.

In a move set to be replicated across the European fleet, Emerald Harmony will become the first Star-Ship to remove the use of all single-use plastic on board. Initiatives include providing all guests with a complimentary metal water bottle to refill from water stations on board, glass water bottles in the cabins, use of bamboo and paper straws in Reflections Restaurant and Horizon Bar, and the replacement of miniature bathroom amenities bottles with refillable dispensers.
Emerald Harmony is the river cruise operator’s eighth Star-Ship, and the first to operate outside of Europe. Its sister Star-Ships currently sail a range of cruises along the Rhône, Douro, Rhine and Danube rivers.
